Peregrine Pharmaceuticals to Announce Fourth Quarter and Full Year FY 2007 Financial Results

(Nasdaq: PPHM), a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company developing monoclonal antibodies for the treatment of cancer and hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection, today announced that it will release its fourth quarter and full year FY 2007 financial results on July 11, 2007 at 7:00 a.m. EDT, and will host a conference call and webcast to discuss the results at 11:00 a.m. EDT on the same day.

Participating members of Peregrine senior management will include president and chief executive officer Steven W. King and chief financial officer Paul Lytle.
