(Nasdaq: PPHM), today announced it will webcast the company review portions of its Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held on October 24 at 10:30 am PDT. The webcast will begin with the voting results of the Annual Meeting and will be followed by presentations from Peregrine collaborators Drs. Philip Thorpe and Melina Soares, who will review the scientific progress of Peregrine's lead drug candidate Tarvacin™ in both anti-cancer and anti-viral indications.
